Funeral services for Ricky Pearce, 58, will be held Tuesday, January 25,2022 at 12:00 noon at Meigs Baptist Church. Rev. Dennis Norman will officiate with interment to follow at Meigs Sunset Cemetery. Mr. Pearce passed away Friday, January 21 at his sister's home in Thomasville. Born August 4,1963 in Thomasville, GA, he was the son of the late Thomas J. Pearce, Sr., and Mearl (Merle) Layton Isgett. Mr. Pearce was a member of Meigs Baptist Church and worked as an independent electrician and carpenter. He is survived by his mother, Mearl (Merle) Isgett of Bluffton, SC, a brother Jeff Pearce (Barbara) of Elgin, SC, two sisters, Lisa Ann Powell (Tony) of Cairo, GA and Tisa Marie Delaney (Kyle) of Thomasville, GA, nephew Justin Powell of Cairo, GA. niece Kimberly Delaniey of Lake Park, GA, nephew Ryan Powell of Meigs, GA, nephew Eric Delaney of Roswell, GA, and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father, Thomas J. Pearce, Sr., grandparents Arthur and Eunice Pearce and Lloyd E. and Mary Katherine Layton.
