Graveside Funeral services for Marty Allen, 68, of Meigs will be held Friday, December 31, 2021 at 1:00PM at Harmony Baptist Church Cemetery. Rev. Gerald Willis will officiate and interment will be in Harmony Baptist Church Cemetery. Mr. Allen passed away Monday, December 27, 2021 at his residence. Born February 24, 1953 in Colquitt County he was the son of the late David Ronald Allen and Margaret Brinson Allen Layton. He was a member of the Meigs Assembly Church and bus driver for Thomas County School System. Mr. Allen served in the United States Army. He is survived by wife, Brenda Allen of Thomasville and three brothers, Isaac Layton (Kathy), Ray Layton and Wayne Layton (Rhonda) and numerous nieces and nephews.
