Funeral services for Zester Williams Sr. will be held on June 24, 2017 at 11 a.m., at Resurrected Power, 1050 County Line Street in Pavo, Georgia. The Rev. David Dawson, pastor and will serve as officiant. Burial will follow at the St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery, 16687 HWY 319N. Mr. Williams was born in Coolidge, Georgia on November 22, 1961. After leaving Central, he attended Thomas County Technical School for mechanical. He later worked in drywall hanging and finishing. He briefly conducted Bible study at New Bethel Baptist Church. He continued to be faithful, work and worship the Lord. After a short illness, he departed this life June 6, 2017. Preceding him in death is his grandfather and grandmother, Allen and Alice House; father and mother, Albert and Louetta Williams and three brothers Kenneth Williams, Freddrick Williams, and Albert Williams, Jr. He leaves behind to mourn one sister, Rebecca Jones of Thomasville, Georgia; and five brothers, Mack Williams of Honduras, Elie Williams of Coolidge, Georgia, Vernell Williams of Thomasville, Georgia, Karl Williams of Coolidge, Georgia and Alfred Williams of Atlanta, Georgia; one brother-in-law, Alvin Jones; two sisters-in-law, Hunter Williams and Deborah Williams. four children, Zester Williams, Jr. of Raleigh, North Carolina, Jeremiah Williams of West Virginia, Denzell Williams and Nicole Williams both of Moultrie, Georgia; 10 grandchildren, Jeremiah Williams, Jeremaine Williams and Jeremy Williams, all of Raleigh, North Carolina, ZyMiracle Williams, Jimmy Williams, Tyvin Smith, Markwa Gibbs and Tyrell Gordon all of Moultrie, Georgia; numerous of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends; and four special friends, Steve Ivey, Larry Ivey, David Dawson and Bobby McCloud.Viewing for Mr. Williams will be from 1 to 8 p.m., Friday, June 23 at Hadley's Funeral Home.
