Funeral Services will be held Saturday, December 30, 2017 at Disciples of Jesus Ministries, 228 Augusta Ave. at 11:00 am with burial in Walden Cemetery GA Hwy. 93 in Beachton, GA.
Latarsha Metcalf formerly of Beachton was born on February 24, 1972 to Blanche Metcalf Wyche and the late Norman Bell and furthered fathered by the late Eugene Wyche.
She was educated in the Grady County School System and was a proud 1990 graduate of Cairo High School. Latarsha furthered her education at Middle Georgia College in Cochran, GA; received her EMT certification from Thomas Technical College. She graduated from University of Phoenix with a Bachelor's Degree in Health Administration.
Latarsha was an active member of Evergreen United Church of Christ as a youth until she moved to New Jersey in 2004.
She leaves to cherish her loving memory, a loving daughter Courtney Tiara Metcalf of Alexandria, VA; mother Blanche Wyche of Beachton, GA; one brother Kelvin(Jada) Metcalf of Jonesboro, GA; one sister Adrienne(Kiel) Angry of Thomasville, GA and five nephews: Sedrick, Sedarius, Kiel Jr., Sage & Justus; seven aunts: Josie Mae Graham, Glendell (Freddie) Mills, Louette (Milledge) Hill, Marjann (Adam) Hopkins, Martha (Neal) Carter, Betty Metcalf and Margaret Sanders; seven uncles: Joseph (Jannie) Daniels Sr., Lucious (Effie) Glenn, Alphonso Metcalf, Alonzo (Diane) Wyche, Thomas Glenn, Coy Wyche and Willie C. Wyche; two godsons: Artie Mills and Jay'Kevious Donaldson; Special loved ones: James King, Johnny Hill, Alfred Hill, Tommy (Leny) Hill, Phyllis Hill Samuel Hill and Yvette Hill; a host of other cousins, relatives and friends. Public viewing will be held Friday from 1:00-8:00 pm at the funeral home with no viewing after the eulogy.
