Funeral services for Juliette Ouida Woodruff age 97yrs. will be held Thursday, December 21, 2017 at 11:00am Clifford Temple CME church with Rev. A Anthony Robinson officiating with burial in Peacefulrest cemetery. She graduated from Dasher High school in 1938. Savannah State college in 1947 and received a master degree in Education form FAMU in August 1969.
Affiliations: Sunday school teacher, Missionary, Stewardess, Co-director of Acoliytes, Civic garden club, Eastern Star, Teachers Retirement Association and church membership Clifford Temple CME church.
Active pallbearers: Carlton Bryant, Melvin A. Clark, John Fann, Marshall Morris, Calvin Calhoun and Al Walden.
Survivors: Melvin Wesley Clark, son Jennifer Clark Pride, daughter. Erica Walden(Al) granddaughter Stephanie Ouida Williams, granddaughter, Marcus Flem Williams, grandson all of Thomasville. Brian Lamar Clark, grandson, Melvin Anthony Clark, grandson both of Cairo. Christopher Lee Clark (Michelle) grandson, Boston, Massachusetts. Travis Dominique Clark, Morven, Ga. Step daughters; Rosetta Woodruff Hopkins, Christine McCaskill and sister-in-law Nellie Clark Fann all of Thomasville. 18 great grand children one great great grand daughter and other relatives nieces, nephews couisins and friends.
Public viewing Wednesday 12:oo until 8:00pm at the funeral home and body will in state at the church 9:30am until funeral hour with no viewing after the eulogy.
