Services for Henrietta Williams Walker, 65, of Atlanta, are at 11 a.m., Saturday, July 15, 2017, at Clifford Temple CME?Church. The Rev. A. Anthony Robinson III will officiate and interment will be at Peaceful Rest Cemetery in Thomasville. Pallbearers are Phillip Williams, Hoyt Williams, Charles Scott, Noel Thomas Sr., John W. Choice and Earnest Thompson. Mrs. Walker died July 1 at Atlanta Medical Center. Born April 29, 1952, in Thomas County, she was the daughter of Lillian W. Scott and J.C. Williams Sr. of Thomasville. She was a 1970 graduate of Douglass High School and a graduate of Massey Business College in Jacksonville, Florida. On Feb. 6, 1972, in Thomasville she married Jackie Walker Sr. She lived in Atlanta for 44 years and was a para-professional with the Atlanta School System. Survivors include sons, Jackie Walker Jr. of Atlanta, Maurice L. Walker of Atlanta, Cedric L. Walker of Atlanta; mother, Lillian W. Scott of Thomasville; father, J.C. Williams Sr. of Thomasville; grandchildren, Jaxon Walker, Khalia Walker, Klarice Walker, Journei Walker all of Atlanta; sisters, Patricia Dale of Thomasville, Janice (Noel)?Thomas of Beijing, China; brothers, Phillip (Glenda)?Williams Sr. of Thomasville, Hoyt (Elizabeth) Williams of Ocoee, Florida; sister-in-law, Grace Williams of Daleville, Alabama; sister/caregiver, Eva (Billy)?Wheeler of Atlanta; several nieces, nephews, cousins, friends; aunt, Catherine Johnson of Thomasville; uncle, Willie Williams of Thomasville; and other family and friends. The visitation is from noon to 8 p.m., Friday at the funeral home and from 9:30 a.m. until the funeral hour on Saturday at the church.
