Funeral service for Felice Jones will be at 1 p.m., today, Saturday, September 30, 2017 at Covenant Christian Center on 1112 Fairfax Street. The public viewing is 8 to 11 a.m., today at Hopkins Mortuary. Felice was born on September 13, 1962 in Thomasville, Georgia, to Richard Lewis and the late Dorothy Pearl Brown. She was the granddaughter of the late Ever Lee Hilton, Christopher Columbus Spencer and the late Redemust and Beulah Lewis. Boonie attended Thomasville High School and was a part of the class of 1981. She was employed by RYDC until her health began to fail. At a very young age, Boonie joined Spring Hill Baptist Church of Thomasville, Georgia. She leaves to lament her gracious existence, life companion Mr. Albert King of Thomasville, Georgia; daughters, Shavoka Mays (Jerome) of Thomasville, Georgia, LeArneshia Lewis of El Paso, Texas; John Cheatem of Thomasville, Georgia, Keya Lewis (Travis Sanders) of Thomasville, Georgia; brother, Vincent Lewis (Cynthia) of Cairo, Georgia; sisters, LaBrena Parris(Willie Cannon) of Camilla, Georgia; aunts, Joi Whitaker, Eula Spencer Ellis (George), Gloria Johnson (Charlie) and Debra Lewis (John). She also leaves to cherish her memories 16 grandchildren and a host of caring nieces, nephews, cousins; and two special friends Cathy Greene and Betty Bentley. Hopkins Mortuary
