Funeral services for Bubba Lamons will be Sunday, August 27, 2017 at Mt. Pleasant M.B. Church in Pavo, Georgia at 2 p.m. Public viewing will be Saturday, August 26, 2017 from 1 p.m. until 7 p.m. The Story of a Walking Angel Bubba Lamons An Angel was called home and today will be a day we will always today will be a day we will always remember. He was loved by everyone he encountered with. He was known around town for his loving spirit and warm smile. He has so many known names from Bubba, Chad, to Look-up and Sleepy. His jokes were hilarious and had dance moves that would kill the dance floor. He was a man who loved to help anyone and went out his way to make sure your day was well appreciated. Sleepy loved life and spent his days brighten days with a joke or a simple smile. He was born in Pavo, Georgia and a member at Mt Pleasant M.B. Church of Pavo, Georgia. He attended Thomas County Central School. The sun rose on July 30, 1982 and set on August 18, 2017. Chad was a very hard worker and a loving father to two beautiful girls. He leaves to cherish his memories to his mother, Sylvia Foster and stepfather, Reginald Foster of Moultrie, Georgia; his father, Bubba Lamons of Boston, Massachusetts; grandmothers, Katherine Clemon of Boston, Massachusetts and Yvonne Foster of Moultrie, Georgia; five sisters, Michelle Giddens of Coolidge, Georgia, Vickie Lamons, Talashia Lamons and Nikki Foster of Moultrie, Georgia and Stephanie Lamons of Boston, Massachusetts; six brothers, Tarvaras Giddens of Tifton, Georgia, Jerome Pinkney, Corey Lamons, Joshua Lamons, Tyrone Lamons and Stephon Lamons all of Boston, Massachusetts; a host of aunties, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Also, a very close friend Creshonda Newkirk. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, the late Sampson and Mittie Rene Giddens. Hopkins Mortuary
